Small prawns - 200 gms
Coconut grated - 1/2 cup
Chicken masala - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Heat oil in a kadai . Once hot , add coconut and saute till the flavour rules out .
2) Then , add prawns followed by all the spice powders .
3) Again all oil and mix it up well . Cover with a lid .
4) Cook till the prawn is well cooked with the masalas and garnish it with coriander leaves .Linking it with Lubna's Joy from Fasting to Feasting V and "South Indian Cooking".
